Cancellations
If you can't make your appointment we require 24 notice, reminder links with options to reschedule are sent prior to your appointment. If cancelled without 24 hours notice full payment is required at your next booking.
Hair Consultations
We conduct consultations before every hair appointment, this allows us to discuss your hair type, styling preference and desire look.
Our stylist will then offer recommendations and advice to achieve the perfect look for you. Communication is key to ensure both you and our stylist are on the same page.
Patch Test
New clients require a patch test before we do any colour service, This needs completing 48 hour prior to a colour appointment. Existing clients will need a patch test if a colour hasn't been done within 3 months.

How long does a treatment last?
Treatments last 35-45 minutes, any additional treatments you may add will be in addition to this timeframe.

​Can I add this treatment on after another service?
Absolutely, you can add this onto existing bookings subject to availability. You can also add a blow-dry and style onto this treatment.

​Will why hair be dried after the treatment?
Your hair will be rough dried in the treatment room but should you wish to add a blow-dry and style, this can be organised prior to your appointment.

Do you analyse the scalp and can you give medical advice?
We can discuss concerns and offer our non-medical advice but we unfortunately cannot diagnose a medical condition.
